# Pharos Studio

> Pharos Studio is an independent digital studio based in Bengaluru, India. It builds fast, mobile-first websites, built to be found on Google and in AI answers, and offers photo and video, social media marketing, 3D renders and operations systems, for small businesses, especially architecture and interior design firms, clinics and established local businesses. Every project has a fixed price, a written proposal within 24 hours, a private preview before launch, and a handover in which the client owns the domain, the hosting account and the files.

## Services
- Photo & video: We shoot at your place of work: your space, your team, your work. Then we edit it into photos, reels and short films for your website and social media. Includes interior and architecture photography, brand and team shoots, reels and short films, event coverage and aftermovies.
- Social media marketing: Instagram and LinkedIn run for you every month: a content plan, then posts and reels made in your brand, written and scheduled. Includes monthly content plan, posts and reels, captions written for you, scheduling and a monthly report.
- Websites: The home base everything points to. Fast, mobile-first and built to be found on Google and in AI answers. Includes design and build, search and ai-search setup, whatsapp and call buttons, you own everything.
- 3D renders & walkthroughs: Photo-real interior and exterior views and walkthrough videos, made by an architect from your drawings, so clients can see a space before it is built. Includes interior and exterior views, walkthrough videos, from your cad or sketches, two rounds of changes.
- Operations systems: We sit with your team, map how work really moves across WhatsApp, Excel and paper, then build the dashboard or app that puts it in one place. Includes workflow mapping, live dashboards, internal apps: projects, inventory, billing, attendance, training and handover.
Everything apart from websites is priced in the proposal.

## Team
- Alfred Jokelin, Co-founder · Websites, social and operations. Builds the websites and the systems behind the business. Before Pharos he built internal operations apps for a fabrication firm in Bengaluru and a company in Dubai, and he runs lead generation and email campaigns as a business analyst intern. He is studying Computer Science at CHRIST University.
- Elton Roy, Co-founder · Architect · Clients, 3D and projects. An architect (B.Arch, CHRIST University) who works in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape. He has managed interior fit-out projects across Bengaluru and ran on-ground operations for a 10-city brand tour in Kerala. He is usually the first person you hear from.
- Nathan Michael Raj, Freelance partner · Photo, video and editing. Photographer, cinematographer and editor. He shoots interiors and architecture, brand campaigns, business events and concerts, and edits and colour-grades everything he shoots. He has worked with PedalStart, Dezerv and Surgeine Healthcare.

## How it works
1. Tell us about your business. Fill in one short form. Add your logo and photos if you have them.
2. Proposal in 24 hours. You get a fixed price, dates and exactly what's included. Pay the deposit to begin.
3. Review before anything goes out. A private preview link for websites and apps, watermarked previews for photos, video and renders, a content plan for social media. Rounds of changes are included.
4. Launch and handover. Pay the balance and you get everything: the live site on your own domain, the final files or your first posts, and a handover listing every file and login.

- Business: For a business with more to say. Includes up to 6 pages, subtle motion, google reviews section, search and ai-search setup.
- Signature: For a brand that wants to stand apart. Includes up to 12 pages, custom motion, edit it yourself, help with your words.
